Receive ARAMEX notification: For high-value goods shipped to Singapore (value over SGD 400), attach an invoice, or attach details of the item details (description, value, quantity, etc.) or actually transported with the goods. Customs can use detailed invoices for inspection.
The customer is required to provide the correct invoice for customs clearance. If the invoice is ambiguous, the customer needs to provide the revised invoice. Changes to the declared value are not allowed. It will be treated as an error declaration.
High-value goods without a full invoice showing the details of the item will not be accepted by customs. The goods will be returned to their place and a fine may be imposed. Fines may result in any unacceptable items and we will debit all relevant fees and penalties, shippers, without any reduction adjustments.
