1、 HKFedEx Notice: Starting from now on, prohibited products shipped to Spain via Hong Kong FEDEX include cosmetics, medical supplies/equipment, etc. Customs do not allow individuals to import. If they are shipped to the shipping company, they must have a local import license to import.


Otherwise, it will be directly returned to the local area. Please be aware of the adjustment. If the delay or return cost is caused by non-compliance with the destination customs regulations, the shipper will bear the responsibility. Thank you for your cooperation.



2、 HKFedEx Notice on Chilean Tariffs: On April 1, 2023, the Chilean Ministry of Finance issued a decree updating certain tariff value thresholds, including increasing the minimum value of Value Added Tax (VAT) and tariffs from $30 FOB to $41 FOB.


This modification is based on local requirements and regularly updates the tariff value threshold that is more susceptible to inflation. CVE 2294382 General Specification updates the value of tax items 00.09, 00.23, and 00.26 in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 20997,


The law states that the previously mentioned tax value should be updated every 60 months based on the US wholesale price index. The period considered for this update is from November 1, 2017 to October 31, 2022.


Therefore, tax item 00.23 sets a threshold for fine-tuning goods, increasing from an FOB price of $30 to an FOB price of $41.

The new threshold for fine tuning in Chile is $41 FOB, effective April 1, 2023.
